Welcome!
My name is Arianna, and I have fallen in love with the beauty of nature, art, yoga, gardening, exercise, and nutrition, and how they help me to know myself and connect with others.
My belief is that we are not here to diagnose and fix each other, but rather to practice in removing our own barriers to accepting and feeling love (Rumi).
I embrace the Ayurvedic principle that one person's medicine may be another person's poison. What we need inevitably changes and cycles both within and across each person, place, and time. Rather than enforcing one dominating solution to suffering and pain, my husband Ryan and I are in the process of building a space for ourselves and others to safely explore, open, and feel. It will continue to evolve and grow with us, and our hope is that when you are here, you will simply allow yourself to engage in your own evolution. Sometimes this is enjoyable and light. Other times it may be deep and revealing. We hope you will embrace your process of seeking self-understanding, practicing mindfulness, and softening toward peace, at your own pace, and in your own time.
In this space, you are invited to meet yourself where you are, and meet your life and the world where it's at. You are invited to find peace in your own awareness, and to practice nourishing your current needs.
My commitment:
I will practice these principles in all my imperfections, without enforcing them on others. I will accept myself and acknowledge the ever-changing nature of my world and my needs, and will support and encourage others in doing the same.
I invite you to arrive as you are and breathe space into your heart.
I invite you to be open, curious, and compassionate toward anything you may find.
I invite you to know that you, in this very moment, are already
Whole.
Worthy.
Valued.
Welcome.
Loving.
Kind.
