Arianna maintains a hands-off approach to teaching. She provides verbal cues & demonstration to allow for self-correction, improved body awareness, long-term learning, and personalized growth. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment, and skilled in guiding clients who are working with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Teaching since 2014, she has experience working with adults, teens, children, toddlers, and athletes, including individuals in the NFL, MMA, and Jiu-Jitsu, as well as wrestlers, runners, weightlifters, triathletes, bodybuilders, gymnasts, the NIU Women's Golf, Men's Baseball, and Wrestling Teams, and members of the NIU Football, Volleyball, and Men's Golf Teams.
