Experience
Arianna has experience working with adults, teens, children, toddlers, and athletes, including individuals in the NFL, MMA, and Jiu-Jitsu, as well as wrestlers, runners, weightlifters, triathletes, bodybuilders, gymnasts, the NIU Women's Golf, Men's Baseball, and Wrestling Teams, and members of the NIU Football, Volleyball, and Men's Golf Teams. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment, and skilled in guiding clients who are working through anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

*Focus in Secondary Education includes extensive coursework in Psychology, Education, and Best Practice for Teaching with 100+ hours of classroom teaching experience (Biology)
